Education & Clinical Background
Dr. Antwan earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Mosul College of Dentistry in 1999. She later completed two additional years of orthodontic training, equipping her with the knowledge and hands-on skill to treat patients with a wide range of alignment and bite concerns.
Throughout her career, Dr. Antwan has remained dedicated to continuing education. She regularly attends advanced courses and seminars on cosmetic, restorative, and preventive dentistry to ensure her patients benefit from the latest techniques and technologies.
In 2016, Dr. Antwan was named one of “America’s Best Dentists,” a recognition of her commitment to ethical care and clinical excellence. She is also an active member of the San Diego County Dental Society.

When she’s not helping patients, Dr. Antwan enjoys spending time with her husband of 16 years and their two children — Martin, age 13, and Amy, age 10. Martin is a proud member of a high honor society, and Amy is known for her joyful spirit and creativity.
Dr. Antwan also loves reading, dancing, and traveling, and believes these passions help her connect with patients on a more personal level.
